FAQ
How do you count skips?
Active skips on your account, averaged over three months. A busy month does not push you up a tier, and you are never billed on a peak.
What if I go over my skip count?
You buy capacity in blocks — you do not jump a tier. Ten extra skips on Yard or Depot is R450 a month. Twenty on Fleet is R700.
Do the cheaper plans have fewer features?
No. Dispatch, the driver app, invoicing, credit notes, disposal certificates and the branded storefront are on every plan. Tiers only differ in how big an operation they cover.
Do I have to take bookings online or switch everything at once?
No. Phone and WhatsApp work perfectly, and you can move over site by site beside your current ops. The branded booking page is there when you want another channel — not a requirement.
Is my data mixed in with other operators?
Every account is isolated by row-level security by default. If you need your own dedicated database for a tender or a corporate client, that is an add-on at R950 a month.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes, on every tier, at no extra cost. When you use the storefront or customer-facing pages, customers see your name and colours.
Do you work outside the countries listed on your site?
Yes, where the platform fits local waste rules and licensing. See Countries we support — self-serve is live for those listed; elsewhere, enquire first and we confirm before you pay.
